We may never get the OpenSea $SEA TGE. Right now, “airdrop is coming” is still their strongest leverage to push users into using their new products (DEX, Perps, whatever comes next). Their revenue already tells the story: • 2021 - $1.04B • 2022 - $1.54B • 2023 - $163M • 2024 - $28M • 2025 - $25M From printing over $1B a year to barely holding $25M. Once the token launches, that narrative disappears. And so does a big part of their user incentive. So delays may not be about readiness anymore. It may simply be about survival. At this rate, don’t expect a TGE until they’re confident new revenue streams can stand on their own.

I think I need to say this again. Money raised by projects is not what is airdropped to users. That funding is usually used for: • building the product • paying the team • legal, security and operations • partnerships and growth Airdrops typically come from the project’s token allocation, not investor capital. Two very different buckets people keep mixing up.
