Ethereum's Exchange Reserve is dropping like a rock. Hopefully Ethereum's price will eventually spike in response. The Exchange Reserve is currently at 13.4M, which is approximately $37.5 billion of Ethereum, a little more than its daily trading volume. Although you cannot calculate this precisely, we can estimate that for every additional 1% liquidity shock there will be a 2%+ price move. Therefore, if Ethereum's Exchange Reserve keeps dropping expect Ethereum's price to really start jumping.

@The_Real_Fly Yeah- It is pretty obvious that this was not generated with only $4-6 million dollars. Can't believe that the stock market is so sensitive to disruptions.
MUST WATCH: Pete Hegseth just OWNED Elizabeth Warren.
WARREN: "You’re quite sure every General who serves should not go directly into the defense industry for 10 years but you're not willing to make that same pledge?"
HEGSETH: "I'm not a General, Senator."
*audience laughs*
@libsoftiktok As an employer I don't know how your post can be accurate. To hire someone on an H1B VISA - they must be paid a "prevailing wage", the average wage paid to similarly employed workers in the same occupation and geographic area. This is a requirement. 🤦♂️
Some jobs given to H-1B Visa holders:
711 cashier
Track coach
Accountant
Cook
Dog trainer
Baker
Massage therapist
Janitor
Director of Pickleball
It’s all public.
Which jobs have you found?
@elonmusk Some say- the purpose of the H1B VISA is to allow US companies to hire "indentured servants". This is not true. Employers are required to pay H1B employees a "prevailing-wage". Attracting foreign talent = "Brain Drain", which gives the US a competitive advantage.
Anyone – of any race, creed or nationality – who came to America and worked like hell to contribute to this country will forever have my respect.
America is the land of freedom and opportunity. Fight with every fiber of your being to keep it that way!

You forgot to mention that the experts thought that "2/" would be impossible. So basically he was a "fool" for setting this as a goal.
"2/ the investors/owners create a comp package and majority agree that ONLY if you create $X amount of value within 10 yrs, you’ll be compensated $Y"
@n_hatami@HedgeyeHC Also, there sales numbers are skewed by instrument sales, which should decline over time because the main sequencing centers will not need to purchase more Xeniums. It is more of a one time purchase but reagent sales should continue to rise.
I just don't think there is any way for $TXG to ramp Xenium fast enough to offset Chromium weakness. At a point $TXG will be a long following the same publish or perish academic grant cycle, just closer to $10 than $22.
@n_hatami@HedgeyeHC I have no idea. The technology is very sound, especially in spatial sequencing. My advice to them - is that they should focus on making a profit.
The slight loss in revenue from lower scRNA-seq is more than made up for by the increase in use of Xenium and Visium. From what I can tell this trend is the same across the country. I have a small biotech company that conducts precision medicine projects for leading pharma companies, including projects involving scRNA-seq and spatial sequencing. We run these technologies in-house. We are a major 10X customer, most likely the largest volume in Northern CA. I don't think shorting 10X is a wise move. Xenium is now the gold-standard platform for spatial sequencing. Maybe sales of the instruments are slowing but the reagents sales should be increasing. The 5K panel is $$$$. Of course the next quarter will be much better as the technology continues to ramp up. I also don't think instrument sales are that important because the main profit will be made from the reagents, which are ridiculously expensive. Summary- I predict reagent sales from this quarter (ending today) will be up but the numbers should be even better next quarter. Instrument sales might be stagnant but those numbers don't contribute much to the company's profit.
A tremendous honor to be named the Gerald M. Reaven, MD Professor of Endocrinology @StanfordMed. The 'Father of Insulin Resistance,' Dr. Reaven was a true legend in Endocrinology. I'll always remember how he welcomed me to @StanfordEndo with stories of science and the Division.
BREAKING:
@SpaceX just managed to catch the Starship booster with the “Mechazilla arms” on their first attempt.
A fully reusable Starship is now really close.
It would bring the U.S. a strategic advantage is the space industry and make colonization of Mars possible.
I know that it is not much, actually maybe given my age it is too little, but since yesterday, I've reached 1,500 citations
I take it with gratefulness, as a birthday present for not giving up :-)
I would be flying now to attend @RoyEntSoc’s #Ento24. Although I am - since Thursday, tks to Paxlovid & my @SutterHealth’s PCP intervention, I decided to cancel my trip, mostly in consideration to fellow @united passengers should I sneeze or cough during flights.
