Damn, a piece of my youth is gone today. I’ll always remember Chuck Norris from the Walker Texas Ranger reruns that would come on during the summer when I was a kid. His memes were an absolute staple in the early days of social media too. Rest easy.

More cuts. Back in September I started a new role to program workouts for one of Life Time group classes, Alpha conditioning (and post them into an app, create notes for all instructors to help them deliver them, and other logistical stuff). A team of 6 people putting around 20h per month each plus the a few managers working full time at the corporate level. Got the news today that the job ends on April 1st and the duties will be assigned to other people from corporate.
