Gnade allein, Freiheit allein. Kein Staat kann retten, kein Herrscher regieren – außer Christus. Märkte & Gewissen sind frei. 🏴⛪💰

Fortify your borders. Have a real investigation to find out how the most militarized, prepared country in the world, with the best intelligence failed catastrophically to protect their people. Impeach Netanyahu for intentionally propping up Hamas and then failing to stop them. Send special ops to Hamas locations rather than bombing to minimize civilian deaths and prove that you actually do respect innocent life on the other side. And then make a historic peace deal: a return to 67 borders and a true end to occupation and settlements. Win not only the region but the world over to your side.

@ComicDaveSmith Let’s say Israel. I like peaceful solutions. Is there one?

@Inu_Loki @SandyResolver Rothbard is in the direct lineage of early anarchists such as Proudhon and Godwin, and of the entire individualist anarchist movement that followed. As such, he has a stronger claim to the term than many other modern ‘anarchists’

@NAPocaly @SandyResolver "a few early" Yeah, that's how it works. You dont get to come centuries later to go "akshually !"

@Inu_Loki @SandyResolver What does that have to do with this? Wars are always a manifestation of state actions. (For an anarchist war, society would have to be very primitive)

@Inu_Loki @SandyResolver No, you said that a few early anarchists saw it that way. Which probably wouldn’t even be true of Proudhon in particular. And you have a rather simplistic understanding of what a hierarchy actually is.

@NAPocaly @SandyResolver I have, you just dont like them. Sadly, Anarcho-captalists dont get to define a term that predates them.

@Inu_Loki @SandyResolver By presenting self-contradictory arguments? Individual anarchists emerged at the same time and have always had a much stronger philosophical foundation; if you argue from the perspective of collective interests, you will always end up with pragmatic or Machiavellian actions.

@Inu_Loki @SandyResolver What does that have to do with it? You haven't presented any argument so far to support that. Quite the opposite, actually.

@Inu_Loki @SandyResolver Yes, we could; but that would be the second-worst possible outcome. (After a truly totalitarian state, which would be the end of everything forever.)

@NAPocaly @SandyResolver Natural means not artificial, untouched by humans. The "state of nature" follows the same idea.

@Unit_8200 @jackprandelli Read up a bit on the German Green Party, especially its early days, and things should become clearer

🇩🇪 Germany had it figured out in 1974 Then they changed their minds. This chart is from the German Economics Ministry's own energy model... 52 years ago. The plan was clear: ☢️ Nuclear takes over 🛢️ Oil peaks and fades ⚡ A clean, stable energy future Germany was on track. Then they shut it all down. Pressured by politics. The last German nuclear plant closed in 2023. Now Germany is begging for cheap and reliable energy The engineers in 1974 got the future exactly right. The politicians in 2023 chose a different path. And now ordinary Germans are paying the price. One of the the most expensive energy mistake in modern history wasn't made by accident. It was voted for.

@Inu_Loki @SandyResolver Yes, even under the "law of the jungle", there are basic social interactions, but this remains fundamentally incompatible with civilization itself. Furthermore, you cannot describe this “state of nature” as anarchistic, since it is fundamentally hierarchical.

@Inu_Loki @SandyResolver It depends on what you mean. There is no metaphysical force that instills peace in animals near water; what exists are territorial behaviors and resource hierarchies. So yes, even among animals there is primitive social behavior, I didn’t dispute that.

@smellyglu @Inu_Loki @SandyResolver First, even if that were the case, it is irrelevant, since every legal dependency constitutes a hierarchy. Second, how could or how would “capitalism” enforce that?

@NAPocaly @SandyResolver Animals are capable of understanding the sanctity of water, and there's a truce to drink. Meanwhile capitalists want to privatize water. Not sure about your argument mate.
