@MaxHoberman To this day the most fun, varied and rewarding matchmaking system I've ever experienced. Thanks for that. Wish we'd see more of it today instead of the nonsense that seems to be industry standard.

The ignorance here is infuriating: gamesradar.com/wanting-an-eve… I see mention of the skill-based matchmaking component I designed for Halo 2 and 3 on this site every so often. It's usually mentioned reverently, but then an outlier jumps in to claim "it can't work today". I disagree.

@Gamesager @zidawn94 playing on MnK still makes me want to rip my eyeballs out at times. Love the game but boy is it tough not to go down the controller AA rabbit hole. The advantage is undeniable

@zidawn94 Barely. You have to legit try 2x harder than everyone at the same rank as you on mouse, every gunfight is a life or death situation so the mental fatigue skyrockets on mouse lmao

Ranking up an alt on halo and diamond players literally have the same aim as 2000 onyx players lmao. Its still all 60-70% and no way to make them miss. Idk how anyone can want the AA to be this high. There should be a difference between pro player aim and slightly above average

@Aeryyk Sounds highly promising, yet I can't help but think how hype is a treacherous line to walk. My best gaming moments happened when a game hits out of the blue and delivers through gameplay, not words. Regardless I'm happy bungie devs are excited about what's to come!

maybe i'm just a softie, and i know it's typical for people to say "we have something very special for you on the way" but truly, there's very, very special things coming, and i can't wait to play The Final Shape. as a dev yes, but most of all, as a lover of Destiny since 2014.
