Twitter Check in #7 @OFall2020 The article places much of the onus of creating socially just environments on the institutions (Teachers, administration, and staff). However the article could go further in addressing outside conflicts with SJ of which schools have little control.

@OFall2020 Our entire social structure is built on making Reality continue, we as leaders must be willing to make the change by building our knowledge, skills, and consciousness. The fight must be had to make the fence not just transparent but actually go away.

@OFall2020 leaders focused on equity-based change must be prepared to not only challenge, but to dismantle antiqued programs and practices that educate diverse students in isolation. Inclusive service delivery and critical consciousness lead to equitable change.
