I found this picture and I really liked how clearly it shows that the breasts attach a little bit lower on the chest than the pec muscles, it's something that a lot of artist (including me) forget. My anatomy skills are a bit rusty so forgive me.

Performative altruism is a huge problem.
The correct answer to this poll is red. If you answer red, you live. Everyone should thus answer red, and everyone lives. There is zero reason for a single person to press blue, if every person is saved by pressing red, and a blue vote is a toss up if you get killed or not.
But people who want to feel morally superior about themselves are choosing the answer they see as altruistic, even though it is objectively incorrect and will get them and others killed.
Translate this to the real world and things like criminal justice. Morons allow the axe murderer free, because they want to feel merciful. “Look at me, aren’t I just so magnanimous!”

The debates over this are interesting. Some people are adamant in "why would you ever press blue?!?!" and some are adamant "why would you ever press red?!?!"
Whatever bucket someone falls into I think says a lot about their thought process and their opinion of other humans.

Everyone in the world has to take a private vote by pressing a red or blue button. If more than 50% of people press the blue button, everyone survives. If less than 50% of people press the blue button, only people who pressed the red button survive. Which button would you press?

people invoke game theory for such dumb stuff. if youre optimizing for “i and only i survive and idc abt if anyone else dies and i think that more than 50% of other people share this goal” then red is a reasonable pick. this is, however, a stupid starting point

The problem with social murder as a concept, if it isn’t obvious, is that people are going to disagree on policy, and ~any policy deployed at the scale of a nation will have a plausible body count. So it turns every policy dispute into a crime and tacitly justifies “self-defense”
