Three of my earliest cricket memories are all from 1996: • Venkatesh Prasad doing this to Aamir Sohail • An inconsolable Vinod Kambli at the Eden Gardens • Srinath and Kumble's batting partnership vs Aus in the Titan Cup What is your earliest cricket memory?

Still surprised my board exams went well even after this world cup
Cricketopia@CricketopiaCom

The most famous six of a World Cup? #OnThisDay in 2003, chasing 273 v Pakistan, @sachin_rt smashed 98 off 75 balls with 12 fours, 1 six (off Shoaib Akhtar) at Centurion. Is this the best World Cup innings by Tendulkar? Quote this tweet & let us know. "I have seen Sachin play a lot but the way he batted in that match; I have never seen him play like that before. The way he played against our fast bowlers in those conditions was superb." ~ Inzamam

Congratulations @sprint_visa and @RewardsMaverick

Thrilled to see our insights on the US Visa process in @thetribunechd today! tribuneindia.com/news/travel/cr… We often overlook paperwork, but for the US visa, the DS-160 is the interview before the interview. I wrote this piece to demystify the process - from "justifiable travel durations" to disclosing "Socials". Grateful for the opportunity to share this knowledge. ✈️

📍The Postcard on the Mandovi River 🇮🇳 Finally completing my 10th Presidential Suite stay & it couldn’t have been better than this Mandovi Suite of the newest Postcard Hotel. It’s massive, minimal, elegant & offers the best view. @TechnoFino @PostcardHotel

@RushilMehtani @ritujoon2j The device hardware is great but the app is quite limited. It shows data but insight is almost non existent and in certain aspects it isn't user friendly (using numbers instead of text etc). I use it for heart rate tracking after pairing to my apple watch.

@PointCheckIn @ritujoon2j Noted, Srikanth - thanks for the clarification! How has your experience with the Helio Strap been so far? And how does it stack up against the Apple Watch?

Nowadays, I feel that whoever can afford, has a Whoop watch. Is it really good or just another thing for rich people to stand out? Is it better than the Apple Watch?

@RushilMehtani @ritujoon2j All features in Bevel is free except their AI. Depends if you are tracking stuff in Health already or not I have apple watch and a Helio strap.

@PointCheckIn @ritujoon2j I haven’t tried either yet - but let me try Bevel today since I’m trying to wear the Apple Watch the entire time anyway. Does it require a paid subscription, or is it free to use? And as long as HRV is there in the Whoop app, what benefit is there to have it in the Health app?

@RushilMehtani @ritujoon2j Bevel is way better than athlytic. Problem with other devices is that none of the devices can update the rings. Also whoop doesn't write HRV to health. Helio only writes HRV during sleep.

@PointCheckIn @ritujoon2j Yeah, Bevel and Athlytic, I guess - that’s what I heard from a close one. My only concern is that I can’t wear the Apple Watch all day, so it just feels weird. I tried that yesterday, and kept wanting to take it off - especially while sleeping. I woke up 2-3 times because of it.

Trust me, I’m in the same dilemma - I spent almost the entire day yesterday researching this. I do own an Apple Watch, but I can’t wear it all the time - it feels bulky and tends to get in the way. Whoop, on the other hand, is essentially a minimal band - think of it like a black/red thread or a kada/bracelet. Not bulky, doesn’t interfere with daily activities, and something you can just put on and forget. My only hesitation is the recurring ~₹20K per year subscription. That’s significant. Another option I came across is the Amazfit Helio Strap. It’s similar in concept to Whoop, considerably cheaper, and doesn’t have a recurring cost - but it’s been out of stock for months, so that’s that.

The failed order on shopwise eventually succeeded and vouchers are available on shopwise. 😄 Accelerated miles credited too for Jan transactions. Fresh limits for February ! 🤣 Anyone tried multiple accounts to buy more vouchers per addon / phone number ? 👀

Amex’s new reward-multiplier gift card platform Shopwise is now live! 🎉 • Similar limits • Similar vouchers • Similar discounts • Similar convenience fees • Similar multipliers Amazon Pay is available too 😍 Naturally, I decided to use this month’s limits on Amazon Pay here… …and of course, transactions are failing 🌚😂 Check it out @ shopwise.giftstacc.com

So 5 wins in what feels like a century is not alarming enough... Yet...

🗣️ @David_Ornstein on Arne Slot’s future: “Every time you make checks on this, you’re told nothing before the summer. So, clearly the summer, like we see at many clubs, is a time for review and it’ll be fascinating to see which way Liverpool and other teams go at that point. Naturally, if results deteriorate to an alarming degree, I presume the hierarchy at any club, even though they are backing their head coach, will have to think about it. But I think the intention at Liverpool is to back him.” [@SkySportsPL]
