Literally just rewatched civil war and I feel as passionately about this as I did 9 years ago: I have no CLUE how anybody could be team iron man. He acts like a literal child the entire film. Operating purely off of emotion. Completely fine with becoming a government lackey because of his own guilty conscience. Knew good and damn well HYDRA killed his parents and Bucky Barnes didn’t. Bucky was a victim of brainwash yet Tony still insisted on taking his life for a crime he had no control over doing Tony Stark sucked ASS in this film and was the clear cut bad guy. Honestly I never cared for him after the fact until the snap in endgame, it was his only redemption Rant over.

My heart hurts today. Didn’t want to even put this out there, but it’s weighed on me all day long. Violence is never the answer. Ever. I don’t care how much you disagree with somebody’s opinions. We have to be better. All of us. Conversation is how we progress. This is not. Evil has no side. It’s sunk its teeth into all facets of the political climate, & We’ve become so intertwined with political identities that we have become blind to it. It divides us more by the day. I’m just.. sad. The complete lack of empathy for human life fills me with such sadness. Praying for my country, the lives lost and affected today in the Denver shooting, and to Charlie Kirk’s wife and children. God help us.

Silksong is genuinely hard. But some of the criticisms people have go away later in the game. It’s a LONG game. Rosaries seem scarce and like you can’t buy anything or get enough rewards to buy everything. Act 1 is just the first half. Once you get to act 2 it makes a lot more sense. Thats where you get all the money and go back and buy all the OP stuff

There’s a lot of discourse around Silksong “being too hard” and wanting an easy mode since a lot of enemies do 2 masks of damage. Which I get, but I have yet to see anyone suggest the obvious solution to this Make everything do THREE masks of damage. Get them to lock the fuck in

Back in July I decided it was finally time to lock in. Getting in the gym every day and eating a balanced diet has never been an issue for me.. but honing in on my calories and getting into a consistent deficit has been a challenge, especially since going full time with YouTube. Welp, 10k steps a day, lots of protein, COUNTING MY F’N CALORIES, and lots of lifts later, I am officially in the 220s for the first time in several years. Feeling great. Tryna look like Batfleck at the Game Awards.

As someone who has been in the restaurant industry for 15 years, I will never touch sonic, and Freddy’s only if my wife is having a craving for it. I’ve had quite a few employees who had experience at sonic, and the work conditions lead to every location always having bad performance. Their labor goal is 15%, which means even at peak time there are 4 employees max on shift, including the manager. They REALLY shoot themselves in the foot to prioritize profit over customer experience. I’ve never waited less than 30 minutes, and I’ve never not been disappointed with the food or the service Freddy’s is not QUITE as bad, but suffers from the same type of prioritizing low labor.

Wife and kids decided they wanted Sonic tonight, so I drive up there to get them some food, here’s how it went: -Intercom broke, waited 10 minutes before anybody would take my order -then waited about 20 minutes on food -got some chili cheese tots with no chili -got an order of regular tots that for some reason had cheese on them -sprite was just carbonated water because nobody changed the syrup out I guess -wife got a vanilla Diet Coke that was just a Diet Coke -got my kid that’s got a stomach bug a cheeseburger, he says it tastes nasty, I take a bite, meat tasted sour, like it was about 2 weeks old, so that’s dope I already really don’t like 90% of fast food, so now I most certainly will never be giving Sonic my money again 🤙🏻
