Another “Great Day Out” with @GWRHelp. No reservations, no available seats and no toilets. £393 return from Bristol Parkway to London. Also, apparently it’s no one’s fault.
@GrimeAlan@GWRHelp The madness is, if more than one of us is travelling to London at the same time and want to work whilst we travel, it’s less expensive to use an S Class Merc with a driver to get us there. I don’t want an incentive to be greener but I also don’t want to punished for it.

@GWRHelp Will it make any difference? If this was a single incident I’d bother but I get either a refund or a Delay Repay payment on 37% of my journeys with GWR. Surely you should be able to do better than that.
