Most agencies run the same GTM playbook for every client. But for @iAgentProtocol – we created a SocialFi funnel that gamified user acquisition. The results? • $3M raised • 750K+ SocialFi users acquired • 100K+ app downloads • 100TB of gameplay data collected All in 3 months. Here’s how we did it: I worked as a fractional CMO alongside @jamkaa_mgl earlier this year. Our goal: successfully launch @iAgentProtocol in a crowded AI + gaming market. How? With a SocialFi funnel that met users at every conversion stage: → TOFU Stage Instead of buying traffic, we incentivized user acquisition: Users connect wallet → start earning XP through social activities → more participation = more rewards. This gave users a clear value proposition from first interaction. Simple. Effective. Sticky. → MOFU Stage Now that users were pouring in, we had to give them even more upside to stick around: • A custom X PFP generator (users love showing they're "part of something") • Personal referral codes with earning upside • On-chain bonuses for NFT holders • User-generated content rewards This made new users promoters of the product, not just participants. → BOFU Stage But what’s the point of attention if there’s no tangible conversion? For @iAgentProtocol that meant app downloads and uploaded gameplay footage (which they needed to train intelligent NPCs). Normally, that would be an expensive dataset to buy, but we gamified data contribution: Users upload their gameplay footage for XP rewards. Now, the COMMUNITY helps build the product. This led to 100,000+ app downloads and over 100 TERABYTES of uploaded gameplay data 🤯 To put just HOW MUCH DATA THAT IS into perspective. That’s roughly: • SIX TIMES Netflix's entire US streaming catalog • 570 copies of COD: Modern Warfare • 500+ hours of 4K Youtube content • 20,000+ HD movies That’s the power of SocialFi. That’s why you should always give users a REASON to participate in your project's ecosystem AND it’s THE BEST WAY to market a product in a crowded market. Massive credit to @ryuk_nl and the @iAgentProtocol team for the technical execution here. Building a SocialFi platform that actually works at this scale isn't easy, but you guys made it look easy. 🫡

🇨🇳CHINA UNVEILS 1,000 KM/H MAGLEV TRAIN—FASTER THAN A JET China has begun construction on a revolutionary maglev train designed to travel at 1,000 km/h (621 mph)—outpacing even commercial airplanes. Powered by superconducting magnetic levitation, the train will “float” inside a tunnel with zero contact, minimizing friction and maximizing speed. It will run along an extended Maglev line from Changsha, Hunan, and aims to surpass China’s current high-speed trains by over 400 mph.
