@aleksprisms @Timcast State DNR agents have more power than police. It doesnโt matter if in fact it was already dead. They will still prosecute him for poaching. Also if the laws are the same where he did this as in my state. They have the right to seize the boat, everyoneโs vehicle and everyoneโs gun

@SporkWitch @Timcast The Air Force thing isnโt the only instance. I believe in my state there has been a hand full of sigs going off in police officers holsters. I recall one off the top of my head that went off as an officer was getting out of his cruiser. Sig p320 is dangerous

As I recall, the Sig randomly going off thing turned out to be a couple dumbasses in the mil fucking around, accidentally shoot and kill their buddy, and then tried to blame the gun.
End of the day, dude showed up with more than just EDC, attacked law enforcement, pulled a gun, and got what that earns him.

@LauraPowellEsq @OperaStrange They have very limited authority, though. They can investigate and enforce immigration and customs laws, eg. unlawful presence, deportations. They can arrest and detain people believed to be violating federal immigration statutes or carry firearms.
