What is the best DCA frequency?

@NameRandom40846 @bitcoinsuave @Bitcoin_Teddy That’s why I’m asking though. If it’s 10% then you put up 25% of the home value and walk away with a home if you don’t pay, but the bank gets a bitcoin… something doesn’t add up

@SatStackerPro @bitcoinsuave @Bitcoin_Teddy The amount of the mortgage. Could be 10% could be 90% of the home's value. What ever that $ amount is you need to do 250% of it. Example. Home is $100k, you want to put down 50% using Bitcoin, so $50k. That means you would need to put up $125,000 in Bitcoin as collateral.

COINBASE: NO MARGIN CALLS FOR BITCOIN-BACKED MORTGAGES Coinbase says its crypto-backed mortgages will carry rates around 0.5% to 1.5% higher than a standard 30-year, depending on borrower profile. Loans feature no margin calls or collateral top-ups. BTC price drops do not change loan terms or trigger liquidation. Collateral is only at risk after 60 days of missed payments, aligning with traditional mortgage standards.

Bitcoin by cycle: 2011: $32 peak, -93% drawdown 2013: $1,150 peak (+3,500%), -86% drawdown 2017: $19,800 peak (+1,620%), -83% drawdown 2021: $69,000 peak (+248%), -77% drawdown 2025: $126,000 peak (+83%), -41% drawdown Will it continue? Nobody knows. Stack accordingly.

“I’m too late for Bitcoin.” I hear this all the time and it comes from a misunderstanding of what Bitcoin actually is. People think it’s a stock you missed, but it’s closer to gold. No one says, “I’m too late for gold.” Because they understand it’s not about timing the top, it’s about owning a scarce asset. Bitcoin is still early. Still misunderstood. The opportunity isn’t gone.
