I see a lot of non-evangelicals worried that this guy will be appealing to Texas Evangelicals. Rest assured, this is the worst candidate they could have run precisely **because** he talks so much about Christianity, but in a way that makes Evangelicals see red.

If I was Trump I would find it so funny to just keep a pet communist around.
You make him do these smiling photoshoots where he has to spend hours thinking in advance how to exactly position his facial muscles to signal a bare minimum of politeness while simultaneously showing his own followers that he still hates you.

You are taking your pit bull to the soccer field by your house for a walk. Out of the corner of your eye you see two dogs darting towards yours. While yours is well behaved around you and your family, he is not so kind to other animals, especially to ones he deems a threat, you try to warn the other owner and scold her for letting her dogs run in public unleashed. She claims that if his dog isn’t friendly then he shouldn’t be allowed in public spaces, do you agree especially since his breed has a violent history? What if there were kids running around?
