@easyJet can someone at the very least acknowledge what’s happening and confirm what you are doing to sort this? I’ve had to spend a lot of money on a taxi to the port to take an 8 hour ferry to Chania, as we’d been left at the airport abandoned by EasyJet for 3 hours

@easyJet you diverted us from Chania to Athens due to a plane fault and then just dumped as at arrivals with no representatives and absolutely no information. We’ve been offered no help, no alternative travel or accommodation and have been left to sort it all ourselves!
