Why Special Trains are Running? To stop passengers in the mid way. I am in a train 04088 NDLS DNR SPL Train. It's already 2.5 hours late. It has no stop between delhi and Tundla. But train is stoping on all stations or even on halts. Btw this is not a Memo or local.@RailwaySeva
