मेरे यात्रा के दौरान इस स्टॉल से रेल नीर पानी बोतल की खरीद करने गया तो मुझे स्टेशन पर रेल नीर नहीं होना बताकर,मुझे दूसरे लोकल कंपनी की पानी बोतल धमाई गई। लेकिन उस बोतल का२० रुपये वसूल किए गए,५ रुपये वापस मांगने पर फ्रिज में ठंडा कर देने की बात बताई। @RailwaySeva @drmpune

Rail Madad at Pune Railway Station is absolutely useless. I was overcharged, and instead of helping, they blamed me for it. Even more absurd, they said I should’ve complained before the incident happened. IRCTC seriously needs to rethink operations there. @IRCTCofficial

@RailwaySeva I am travelling in Train No. 11077 Jhelum Express from Bhopal to Jammu in Coach A2 (2nd AC). The air conditioner in this compartment is not working. Despite raising multiple complaints, no action has been taken so far. This is causing severe discomfort to passengers.
