It's a cautionary tale really. Any situation where something as minor as a defunct controller prevents being able to watch a VERY expensive cable package because you can ONLY get MAILED a new controller and no universal controller can sync to your system is bad for business and it pisses people off. But thank you for responding all the same

@RogersHelps @Rogers So let me understand, you work it that we cant sync a universal remote to your cable box, and ONLY your remote will work. You dont offer remotes at your stores but must be sent to us BY MAIL. You hijack our ability to watch the service you charge through the nose for until the horse and buggy shows up with your remote. @TELUSsupport what say you? Anything better and im yours

@TELUSsupport last day, I ported my phone number from another provider to rogers. When I opened my Telus application, I saw my friends name there as he was using an account on my email id. The former account has been deactivated but it is still showcasing his name. Check DM

we need more competition in certain spaces in Canada. @TELUSsupport has been charging us for a service we actually weren’t receiving (apparently it wasn’t even possible) for 3 years , and has offered us a 3 month credit and a Bill to upgrade our system. Can’t make this stuff up

@TELUSsupport such a worse experience with Telus. No body knows anything about internet. Two guys come to setup and diagnose internet and issue still persists. No one takes issue seriously. I work from home and my work suffers.
