Blood platelet count in 487 healthy men was the strongest predictor of death from cardiovascular disease over the next 13.5 years.
Stronger predictor than age, BP, cholesterol, or smoking.
Interesting.
Hey @SpiritAirlines we are sitting on the tarmac in Las Vegas. You loaded the plane and pulled away from the gate and then announced you were short staffed and we had to wait 90 min. Why not wait to board the plane till you have staff. Flt. 1480. Do you have any answers or a clue
@TerryMohajirAD you have been with @UCF_Football for many years and our fan selection of gear and shoes is weak and has not improved. While you are touring the @Big12Conference football campuses pay a visit to the campus stores and look how far behind the biggest university is!
@gretchemaben Look for the peptide Pentadecapeptide. SubQ injections twice daily for 2 vials. You will do great with your training and your would will feel amazing.
Midlife Crisis Marathon Training: Day 6
I’m feeling a little rundown today and my surgerized foot is hurting, so I took a rest day and walked for 1.5 hours at the park!
If you’d like some in-depth articles about the benefits of Lithium Orotate, click to my Mental Health blog post, and read the two linked articles. I think you’ll be quite impressed:
stopmandatoryvaccination.substack.com/p/try-my-menta…
I've been taking Lithium Orotate EVERY DAY since 2017 because when I first tried it, my mood immediately elevated and after doing some research, I discovered that it is an essential mineral that creates all kinds of positive mental health benefits.

@SSN_UCF I like KZ but just a question and don’t shank me, what has he done as a QB coach that you know he has what it takes to develope one. Please dont start with he was QB1 here.
If Frost is the guy, how are you structuring the deal? Me:
✅ Prove it contract
✅ Discounted base salary
✅ 5 year with minimal or no buyout
✅ Heavily based on performance incentives
✅ Extra $ goes to supporting staff
✅ KZ is QB Coach
✅ Expanded “with cause” clause
Just because your blood sugar is normal & hba1c is normal, doesn't mean you are healthy.
You should check your fasting serum insulin and triglycerides: HDL ratio.
Insulin resistance happens many years before you become diabetic.

Unfortunately psychiatry doesn’t address the fact that low free testosterone, has an impact on mood and emotional state
Testosterone improves feelings by its reduction to DHT (anti depressant) and throughput optimisation of neurotransmitters: serotonin (the joy hormone) and dopamine (feeling of reward)
The transition from hypogonadic state into eugonadal is impressive on emotional status
Men into TRT that are taking SSRIs, realise they can lower their medication and possibly to cease their use, gradually
Men who have been chemically castrated by the use of 5a reductase inhibitors (finasteride & dutasteride),or even the use of triptorelin, are facing major depressive episodes and lack of interest in life
Since testosterone is the wonder drug that can reverse quite many symptoms (depression , fatigue, erectile dysfunction, osteopenia, insulin resistance, wasting) it’s highly likely to knock down several medications
Obviously something not welcomed by the pharmaceutical industry
One of my patients, a psychiatrist in his mid-sixties, had been using three antidepressants until he tried testosterone therapy.
The result? He stopped the antidepressants and told me, "It wasn’t depression. It was testosterone."
Anyone want a free golden retriever? He’s really cute but also really bad… in 6 weeks he’s eaten bone in chicken thighs, raw ground beef, pizza, sandwiches, two comforters, several socks, a pair of shorts, and several stuffed animals lol

Hey @4inkjets I have tried calling customer service on an order that was placed in Feb and have emailed as well. Can someone please return my call or email or message me. How about some form of communication?!?!?
The is literally NO amount of money we could put towards our current "healthcare" paradigm that will actually generate health in Americans because the money we'd be spending does nothing to fundamentally help the mitochondria work properly.
Our healthcare crisis (obesity, chronic disease, mental illness, dementia, infertility) is fundamentally a mitochondrial crisis. And the mitochondria are damaged because of the newly toxic environment our bodies (cells) exist in across the vectors of food, sleep, movement, stress/trauma, light, and toxins.
The only way to fix the mitochondria is through a wholesale fixing of the environment that our cells exist in, are built from, and are instructed by (the food, sleep, movement, stress/trauma, light, and toxins) with some micro-optimization on the extreme margins (maybe) with supplements and drugs.
You could spend $10 trillion more on further investments in our current approach and it won't heal our bodies. We'd might be better off burning that money, since many of the whack-a-mole symptom-management interventions are actually harmful.
Any investment in the current sick-care system, "access to care," healthcare "efficiency" is not solving the real problem. Sounds nice at cocktail parties and conferences; won't work.
Most investors, politicians, and individuals don't seem to understand that throwing more money at a fundamentally broken framework based on false premises is NOT the answer (i.e., the premise of the body being a bunch of systems rather than a unified whole; the premise of disease classification based on histopathology, symptoms, and signs rather than physiologic underpinnings; the premise that quality food is an after-thought or "nice to have" in health despite our bodies being built - quite literally- 100% from food, and food compounds being our key genetic regulators and cell signaling molecules).
We need to throw money at cleaning the air and water, healing the soil (regenerative farming), subsidizing sustainably grown food, getting outside, prioritizing sleep and psychological healing, all-day movement, etc... we'll heal rapidly. It'll be fun too.
I can really feel the effects of the #carnivore diet. Based on my lab work I am becoming very worried about the onset of diabetes.
How much insulin should I start taking with these numbers?
Just got off the phone with my son, who’s in his 3rd year in UCF Engineering. He was excited to tell me he got a good grade in his Calc 3 final after studying for it for roughly 80hrs. I don’t think I studied that much my entire time at UCF.
So glad my kids are smarter than me🧐
