The wreck of Antarctic explorer Ernest Shackleton’s ship, Endurance, was recently discovered, which inspired me to make an “Endurance” cocktail—bitter, cold, and delicious: - 2 oz @The_Shackleton whisky - 1 oz gentiane (Suze, Salers, etc.) - ½ oz crème de menthe - 1 tsp absinthe
