Yay, was able to run intermittently today with a brace around the ribs. Thank you Lord for bodies that heal. Enjoy this Good Friday and day of selfless and sacrificial love poured out for all. “It is finished!”

I’ve traveled to almost all the major US Cities Was stationed in Korea for a year Traveled to Japan However the most rewarding trip of my life was being able to take my mom on a trip to New Orleans without having her to pay for anything. That’s all I could ask for as for as a man.

Just a little walk today plus another mile picking up trash along our Texas highways. Now, time for a nice dinner out on the town.

Another rehab session today and made some really good progress. My PT doctor is really awesome, she had me riding the bike and walking without cane in the office today. Still a long way to go with a lot more strength to gain in my leg but happy to be trending the right direction
