@KLM The bot response via DM wasn't helpful, I'm afraid. I'm unable to log in to my acct using my usual Flying Blue # and/or email. (Yes, I cleared my cache). I need to book a flight and redeem a voucher from March '19. Or is it true that vouchers have been extended til July '22?

UPDATE! After 4 days, my bag's finally been found! Not by some anonymous @Delta employee but by Ms. Alma R. who I spoke to last evening at Gate A customer service desk. She came in to work EARLY this AM to check the dark recesses of ATL where lost bags are stored. HUGE thanks!
