I adore this. Joey knows his job is to retain guys like Hammond who he wants to continue to develop while going to get pieces he knows he cant spend to retain. 2 year contract was the lockup of the century for a dude who’s the future. It’s the modern era don’t screw around.

SEC only really wants 2 ACC schools: UNC and Clemson. They could take up to four but the current plan appears to be to preserve ACC in some fashion and join SEC in football only. B10 could alter that plan quickly though. B12 waits for the carnage.
