Literally looting people and sending random products on prepaid order on the name of the brand! The website is buggy, had to log in Qp times to view my order and chat support is never available! Such a shame, just take your products and give me my money back!

@ICICIBank I have been trying to raise a complaint about a product which I ordered using my ICICI bank credit card points but the customer service team is completely incapable to understand my situation. I had raised the complaint within 7 days of receiving the product.

you have taken zero responsibility to ensure your customer gets correct product of their hard earned points. Totally disappointed that you first loot your customer by giving penny points and when they try to redeem they get defective products and zero support from you.

@ICICIBank @ICICIBank The customer service team keeps on telling me "they cannot do anything as it has been more than 7 days since product got delivered." They cannot understand simple english that I had raised the concern from my side within 7 days. They took 4 more days to reply on that.

@irctcnorthzone PNR-2800132882 My senior citizens parents travelling from DLI to MEX. I had booked lower berth seats in 2AC for them but their tickets got upgraded to 1AC as upper berths. How are they supposed to travel in upper berths as senior citizens? Kindly help to sort this
