@BiltRewards Could have been a good idea, but just cancelled the new card after having the Wells card for at least a year. Horrible support!!!

@capitaloneshop I need help actually getting paid on shopping trips. I am getting many email offers and when I use them it shows a shopping trip but no cashback showing. I opened a ticket with no response. I am about to return and repurchase with another portal.

@LenovoSupport What is going on with delivery. Laptop under warranty and waiting a week for parts so far. Ordered two laptops for delivery tomorrow and email today saying delayed. Not even shipped??? This is horrible. Had to cancel last one as it was a week late.

@Dell Why is customer service only open from 830-530Central? Why is it offshore with people who do not care about your company and your clients. Sadly they put the wrong delivery address on a package and I cannot get them to correct the issue.

@ring I thought your customer service is supposed to be 24/7 why am I getting recording saying we reach you after hours and hanging up without even saying what your hours are. This happening at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

@ring Why do you make me get a verification code when calling in and not pass that to an agent. Then the agent needs my email to verify me. With the offshore support language barrier it is not the smartest choice to not allow them to pull the account by phone number.

@AHS_Warranty I am still having an issue with a vendor after two weeks without my fridge. Now they dont show up and wait until the end of day to say they tried to call and the tech is out of the area now. So I will be at three weeks by the time they do, if ever.

@Citibank A bank that will not let you speak with a customer service rep without jumping through hoops is horrible.

@Citibank Why do you have such horrible customer service. First you cannot get past your AI without giving a reason. Once on with a representative they will not transfer me until I tell them the whole story. Sadly they will transfer you somewhere else without getting one.
