@carentaylor @MsSusanSpeece @agilepredict It should give you the average cost on your bills. Head to the Bills section in the App. On the second page “Charges in Detail” it’ll show your usage and average rate for that period. My contract renewed halfway through the month hence two charges.

@canido_steve @MsSusanSpeece @agilepredict Are you getting your cost, by dividing your monthly by your Kwh for the month? If so I'm averaging 23.8p, which is grim. Not sure if I should be switching.

@MsSusanSpeece @agilepredict I’m still averaging 21p - just makes it harder knowing right now it’s stupid prices. I’ve got some credit so it’s not so bad and can only hope cheaper slots start to appear.

@suemmole @OctopusEnergy I have just moved from a fixed with #Octopus ending in April to another fixed for a year, but I have been told there will be an exit fee of £50, so not just for new customers!

@OctopusEnergy Hi, my tracker ends 6th March and the option of switching to fixed came up with the exit fees so opted for flexible. Does rhis mean the fixed is available to me without the exit fees being a customer for a many years. Thanku

so the latest from @Tesco Customer Service, they are insisting I make a 120 mile round trip for a refund and they want me to describe the woman who accused me of shoplifting. No written apology as it's all the fault of the employee and not the company.

@Andrew__Kennedy I had similar experience at @tesco in Leigh but they called the police & sent them to my house. I asked him how did Tesco know my address he said they got it from my clubcard which he took as evidence of me paying for my stuff so it went no further and tesco eventually apologised

Hi @Tesco On Good Friday I experienced the most awful and humiliating experience in your Hurst Park (Surrey) store. I popped in to pick up groceries on my way to visit friends. I used “scan as you go” as I always do, and paid £75.92 for my groceries, using my Apple Pay.
