I feel issue is at your seller-partner end who is allowed to cancel the order irrespective of whatever commitment he gave but could not fulfill & caused overbooking

Ordered XX5819 & got cancelled after 10 days. Spoke to call center, product is available at 5pm on @GOQii store at 5pm today but still it was cancelled as out of stock by seller. Reorderd XX6110 4 days back & got cancelled again today! @GuinnessFitSaby @vishalgondal @champbox
