Hi Ayo, as we advised in our previous message, you need to speak to Three for a replacement or attempt to book in-store as the code is not being accepted. A voucher showing on the ticket selection page does not mean the voucher is valid, it just means the website recognises the voucher format - if you cannot proceed to seat selection then there is an issue with the voucher.

@cineworld could you reply to my dm? Im literally showing proof code is the valid and the person is saying the enquiry is closed. Like excuse me?

@slurryinahurry Action and Sci-Fi films are perfect for 4DX - but we would absolutely recommend the horror genre in 4DX for an incredibly immersive experience if that's your kind of thing!

Just seen The Mandalorian & Grogu in 4DX. Never done a 4DX cinema experience before. Let’s just say I no longer need a chiropractor. Film was brilliant & funny. Thanks @cineworld for saving me the need to see a medical professional and the obvious £££ I saved in the process!
