@cineworld I did fill out the survey but wanted to show appreciation to an employee. Nathan at Basildon. My daughter is in a wheelchair and we were worried about access to screen 12. He put her mind at ease and was just really nice and helpful.

@joginty @IMAX Hi Jo, all of our screens in Basildon can be accessed either via the ground floor or there is a lift up to the 2nd floor for any screens located here 😊 All screens have wheelchair spaces available to book!

Honestly, @cineworld, the unnecessary back and forth to renew an unlimited membership really has questioning why I choose to still be an unlimited member!
