Ghouls are a great representation of the decline of Fallout, even if not fully accurate. The ghouls of Fallout 1 and 2 were horrific, literally falling apart. The ghouls of Fallout 3 and New Vegas were less horrific, but still pretty bad, still very ghoulish. Doesn't perfectly represent Fo3's quality on this scale, but ehh, close enough. The ghouls of Fallout 4 are nothing compared to the previous two. Burn victims. Not truly horrifying. Then there's The Ghoul™ from the Fallout show, who is the least fucked up looking ghoul in the entire franchise. He doesn't even look as bad as the Fo4 ghouls, he's just got some slightly more red, sunburned looking skin and missing his nose. Even Fallout 3 ghouls would call him a smoothskin. Oh yeah, ghouls can only be killed by getting shot in the head now, as if they're literal zombies despite Fallout 3 going out of its way to say that ghouls aren't zombies.

Does an indie developer need to disclose using the Remove tool on an asset texture in Photoshop? Of course not. Every video game created from now on is influenced by AI in some way.
