@danajweb @dgcokselections Kansas law does allow for ballots to be scanned prior to election day, but they cannot be tabulated or processed, just scanned. The ballots are separated from the envelopes during the advance board audting process and securely stored until being scanned.

On Friday, we sent over 300 overseas and military ballots and have already received some back. We are thankful for federal and state laws which allow us to serve our military/overseas citizens and make sure their ballots are returned regardless of where they are in the world.
