@dmi Hello, you should not need to tap for this journey as there is no gate line the readers will work out the best price for you at the end of your journey. ^HG

@TLRailUK Hi, quick question. Using contactless to take the Elizabeth line from Heathrow to Farringdon, then Thameslink to Harpenden... Do I need to tap at the yellow standalone reader at Farringdon between the Elizabeth and southbound platforms? If so, tap once or twice?

@puzzpintlondon Hello! Will the site be active today? Or can we perhaps get the PDFs for distributed/remote puzzling please?

@bellowheaduk Just so you know, the tickets for tonight at the Palladium say doors at 7, start at 8, but the Palladium website and box office say doors at 6:30, start at 7:30. Don't want people to arrive at the wrong time 🙂

@TLRailUK In fact, we even had the automated "we are now approaching Harpenden" announcement.
English

@dmi Hi Dave, I apologise for the confusion. This train was altered on route leaving St Pancras. Can I ask if an announcement was made onboard? ^Jo
English

@TLRailUK The delayed 1836 from St Pancras just skipped Harpenden and Luton Airport Parkway stations with no announcement. Many very angry folks now changing at Luton to go back south again.
English

@TLRailUK I didn't catch one, and nor did anyone else I talked to in my carriage. Judging from the large number of upset people at Luton asking which train for Harpenden, it wasn't just a few of us either.
English

@TLRailUK We even had the automated "we are now approaching Harpenden" announcement.
English

@TLRailUK The train was definitely going to Harpenden when we left St Pancras. The staff at Luton station don't seem to have been told anything either.

@jofwx @AlanBarrierEA Thanks for the mention, but I'm not the Danish Met. Just a regular person 🙂

⚠️ Low pressure forecast to move across the north coast of Scotland tomorrow giving us enough concern that we’re making plans to close the #ThamesBarrier tomorrow evening.
Lots of uncertainty for now - making plans just in case.
I’m in for a busy night tonight (and tomorrow).

English

@dmi Hi Dave - very sorry for that, we'll remove from future posts.

Hey @TLRailUK - I'm hoping you can help me. I think I may have left a greyish baseball cap with "Monterey" on it on one of your rail replacement buses today. Probably the 1800 from Potters Bar to St Albans. Any chance it's been handed in? Sentimental value 😞

INCREDIBLY impressed by the BSL translator who finger-spelled "Oklahoma" pretty much every time it came up in the song of the same name at @WestEndLIVE #westendlive

Hey @TLRailUK! Your driver on the 0750 HPD—STP train (which has just left SAC) is being amazingly communicative about the disruption due to the points failure. It makes a huge difference to be given details! Please thank them on my behalf 🙂
English

@bellowheaduk Thank you! It was so nice to be reminded of how amazing live music can be!
English

Just seen Cinderella at @hopemilltheatre and it was amazing! The BSL interpreter was also really really good, and a lovely surprise. Thank you so much!
English

@TLRailUK on the off chance that someone is awake... I think my wife fell asleep on the train and missed her stop. Any way I can get someone to find out where she is?
