This video made $40K+ I break down exactly how, down to every minute decision that went into producing the video. The secret? The video is made to only attract high value viewers. Even to this day, this video is: - still running - still converting - still printing This is the difference between content that entertains and content that compounds. And this is the exact system I use to generate results for my clients.

@Nicolascole77 what do you want to see in a follow up that gets you interested in that person?

Something I tell writers about the importance of following-up with potential clients: As a business owner, I deliberately don't respond to the first email pitch anyone sends me. Not because I'm not interested—but because I want to see if they'll follow-up. It's a very easy litmus test to gauge someone's competence and persistence. If you pitch me once and give up, that tells me everything I need to know about your work ethic, how much you care, how far you'll go, etc. Whereas if you pitch me and follow-up for months in a row, that also tells me everything I need to know. Your persistence speaks volumes about your work ethic. And I'm significantly more likely to hire you.

@ItsKieranDrew real, i read this today: real change starts with identity first, then daily inputs, then everything else will call into place same stuff if you try to get off a bad habbit, can't force it you have to change how you think about it

I hate to admit it, but I've spent most of my life working hard to impress other people. Have found that being open and honest with myself about this is creating the space to focus on what I want.

@TimoBuilds_ every age has it's curse at 30+ you have your priorities straight at <30 you're chasing something that 'might' make you happy at some point, instead of enjoying youth

16 y/o guys making $1,000 MRR. Respect. But I’m more impressed by people who keep building at 30+ with a job, a family, and zero time. That game is harder.

What's worrying is when a founder has an ambition without a real purpose because it eventually turns into guilt... You end up successful at something you never actually wanted and then feel like you wasted years building something that didn't matter. As a tip for future founders, you should always look deep inside and ask yourself if you belive in what you're building before even starting.

The best sales tool you're not using, are the YouTube videos you already made. Most people post videos and wait for views. Smart operators plug their videos directly into their sales pipeline. Pre-call ➡️ send the video that explains your process No-show ➡️ send the video that re-establishes trust Cold prospect ➡️ send the new case study you just dropped And the best part? The videos that warm up your existing leads are the exact same videos that pull in new ones from search. One content system. Two results. Pipeline reinforcement + lead generation running simultaneously. There is strategy to this

Something I've changed my mind on recently: When I was younger, I had this intense desire to be great, to make my name known for something, to be one of the best to ever do it. What I've realized is I would much rather live a life I'm proud of than chase a legacy. The pursuit of greatness, at least for me, has always come from a state of lack, a feeling of "I'm not enough." As I've gotten older, I've felt that fuel burning out and being replaced by something cleaner. I don't actually want to go to Mars. I'm more than happy being in orbit and enjoying the view.

@IAmAaronWill The client telling you he would've paid $10k is actually rare as hell. If he wouldn't have told you, you probably wouldn't have raised the price. Most just smile, pay the cheap price, and quietly judge you for it later.

I once charged a dude $3k for my services. When we finished delivering he tells me that he would've paid $10k. I was mad. So I increased my prices. Don't undersell yourself. Charge more.

only broke people care about money i finally understand why rich people say money doesn't matter when i was broke money was ALL i thought about and i made the least because when you put money on a pedestal it runs away from you just like women the second i stopped caring about how much i make and started focusing on doing great work and living my life everything came i don't check my stripe dashboard 50 times a day anymore i don't stress about every sale i don't panic when a prospect says no even if i had 0 money i don't care it's so weird actually i don't even know how much money i have in my bank. i just spend and spend and then make 10x more you'll never make money if you don't spend them
