@oliverbrocato I use the phrasing "Scale Human" AI is great, but it should empower us to be more of ourselves instead of robotic.

@NapierHolland Free plans only make sense if there are multiple stake holders and the "champion" of the deal isn't the ultimate decision maker (with access to company CC) even then still not ideal.

@jasoncfox Starting with positioning is clutch nail the foundation, and the rest scales so much smoother.

If I had to scale a B2B service biz to $100k in 90 days, here's what I'd do. Similar to the playbook I ran when I started a brand new account with 0 followers last year. Week 1: Positioning (before anything else) The guys winning in this space have one thing in common. Their positioning is sharp. Even when they don't realize it. Most people skip it because it feels like "the basics." Then wonder why nothing converts. Nail three things before you post a single word: - Who specifically: not "business owners," something narrow enough to own - Your mechanism: the one belief that separates you from everyone saying the same thing - Your offer: one outcome, one timeline, one deliverable. You can expand later. Two to three days max. Don't get bogged down. But do it properly. Week 1-6: Content + Outbound at the same time Content has one job at this stage. Not followers. Not impressions. Not engagement. Pipeline. Four types, five days a week: - POV posts: frameworks and contrarian takes. Low engagement early. High conversion later. - Competence posts: your own results. Half of our highest-converting posts start with "I." - Proof posts: full stories, not screenshots. The mechanism, the struggle, the outcome. - Problem posts: reveal what they don't know they have. Shift perspective. Don't solve everything yet. While content runs, outbound runs with it. -> 20 connections a day to the right people. Max out your weekly connections, I don't care what the gurus say. Rescind unaccepted requests monthly to stay under 500 pending. -> 10 conversations opened daily with anyone who engaged or connected. Two goals with every conversation: Goal 1: Get a response. Replies boost your algo reach. When someone DMs you back, they start seeing your content. That's the point. Goal 2: Get them to a resource fast. Don't interrogate them on pain points. Get to the offer or insight within a few messages. Let them self-sell. A prospect who consumes your training and comes back is worth more than one you pushed into a corner. Week 7-10: Paid amplifies what's already working By now you have real data. Which problems land. Which posts connect. Which angles convert. That's when you put money behind it. Even $10-20/day moves the needle. Purely organic is slow and uncontrollable. Boost the winners. Run ads to your lead magnets and VSL. Month one: find the angles, connect with the right people. Month two: paid tests what scales. Month three: you're compounding what already works. Most people never get to month three because they quit in month one when it feels slow. It will feel slow. When I started this account I didn't make a sale for the first 30-45 days. But what you do today gets felt in 60-90 days. Get rolling.

@kyrinahlis So very true. Tried it for a while did ok, then sold the promise of selling without sales calls did super well, but need to be top end marketer consistently and hard to scale without volume.

Calling out AI content is like calling out Fake Nattys You know they're not natural You know they're using AI But they will continue to deny it Just admit it bro, we all don't care as much as you think we do

I'm 32. Australian. Married with a 4 year old Son. Running a B2B Consulting business. In 2025 we crossed $4M in total revenue. I don't have a big following I don't have a big team I don't work 24/7 I do use outbound I do post content I do run ads Most importantly, I run a business I love, working with people I genuinely enjoy being around Here's a breakdown of what I offer, how I market it and the tools I'm using.  1. My Audience - 4,268 LinkedIn Followers - 3,825 Email Subscribers - 8,130 X Followers I started my LinkedIn account fresh early last year.  I also had a FB group with 8,000 members, but Zuck killed groups And I have a Skool group with close to 2,000 members, it's cool, but not my focus right now 2. The Things I sell - The Sprint: Consulting on B2B Client Acquisition: $5,000(DWY) -$15,000-$20k (DFY) - Adtaria Plus: Monthly membership with access to me: $500/mo.  - Adtaria CRM: The BEST CRM for online B2B service providers $29-$49/mo.  Those are my focuses, however I also sell one off consulting sessions, 6 month consulting agreements, a low-ticket funnel and I place closers and setters as needed for clients. I find that the add-ons are great to just get the deal done, but advertising them constantly diverts my focus and confuses prospects. 3. How I market - Daily Posting on X and LinkedIn  - Email my list 3-5 x a week - Longer form Lead Magnets - VSL and sales pages My content is specific and only for my ideal dream clients, I rarely go viral and if I do, it usually is more detrimental than helpful. I have used every platform under the sun and they all can work, I just prefer writing so I optimize my platforms to maximize that skill.  4. How I sell - Email sequences from Lead magnets - Daily offers to my email list - DMs to sales page - DMs to call  I have scaled to $120k/mo. with DMs to Sales calls, but it was way to time intensive, we add tactical friction to our sales process, and close almost 100% of calls, as calls are usually the last step in the process. My focus is creating self-led/sold prospects which creates self-led clients.  5. The tools I use - Stripe: Payments - Slack: Team Coms - Calendly: Scheduling  - Zoom: Meetings/Calls - Canva: Graphics/Slides - Kit: Emails and automation - Adtaria: DMs, CRM, Notes, Client mgmt There's a fair few more on the list but they're mostly to do with developing our app, analytics and some other boring stuff I've been in this game for over 9 years now I think that right now it's the hardest time to grow, but also the best time to grow. It requires the right systems, skills and strategies. Many won't survive not through a lack of effort, but through a lack of skill development. The cream will rise to the top.

Not sure if we've entered a "Info Biz Reccession" But I did just see 4 coaches quit their coaching business publicly to start an insurance company So maybe we really are...

@Shaun__Furman @bradmillscan That's true, but it's a one second fix "claude brah, give me an SOP from this one that an AI agent would understand" So it's not like it would be to difficult to shift.

The SOP has to make sense for the agent So if they're written for humans that's one thing But agents have a totally different way of operating. So the steps may need to be rearranged or modified. I found it useful to break them down into smaller parts and then build the processes around crons Like soul has all of the rules Agents md has all of the which agent to use The individual skills have the agent function Then the crons break that agents daily functions into smaller parts that go into canonical files And in the process, like lead generation, the database gets updated as you go so even if it stalls or times out you aren't losing much

How in the hell are these accounts claiming to run entire companies w/ OpenClaw. I just spent 1.5 HRS trying to get my claw to use X API for reading tweets. FAIL We have a whole SOP documenting exactly how to do it from previous failures. I can’t imagine running 10 of these…

But... I did get a perfect GPA for my Masters degree. ** was drunk for 50% of the tests ** calculated minimum grade for the "final thesis" to get a perfect GPA it was a 50/100 so I got a 52 while likely also drunk These days with AI school would be a joke. It's always been the wrong way to educate, hope they get a wake up call... they won't

Low IQ trait is flexing degrees like they are hard to get/sign of intelligence. 99% of degrees are BOUGHT not earned. Same for Master’s degrees. Once you’ve agreed to pay, there is ZERO incentive to fail you. My high school exams were harder than both of my degrees.

@tibo_maker Key words "low effort" Any business made through those 2 words won't last, won't be respected and most likely will fail. I appreciate the sentiment that this stuff is getting better it is. But the "AI Slop" detector is at an all time high.

most people still think AI video = weird glitchy clips meanwhile you can now generate a full cinematic story with consistent characters from a single prompt made this in Revid with few editing you can now run YT/TikTok channels with very low effort and incredible quality

@ItsKieranDrew - you can see what I'm going after yeah? the advanced guys would know the faces on your thumbnail, the old-school writing legends. The beginners would be attracted by the title and the possible intrigue of who those faces are. Then storytelling is in high demand, but it's saturated. So just find a new angle into the existing ideas that dominate the "Writing" space

@jasoncfox Having been in aff marketing since 2008... the slop that has come out the past 3 years is unprecedented. Why buy a course that is generated with AI from people who have actually never done it?
