By the time the world reopened, it had been 2.5 years. Explara dropped almost to zero. If we had stopped there, the story would have ended. But some of our customers — communities — survived. Somehow 10% survived. Who were they? Communities and Organizations that thrived on relationships, not transactions. That became our inspiration. We rebuilt. No external funding. No debt.
