@ZARA awful customer service. I’ve been waiting for my order to arrive for 2weeks! I spent £370 and still nothing. I’ve used the chat and what’s app and all I get is automated responses. No telephone numbers and no complaints process. I’m just being told to wait!!

Ok have cancelled my subscription to @PremierSportsTV as I have no signal and the only solution they can offer me is to call sky and ask for an engineer at a cost of £65!!! Fantastic customer service. I guess I’ll wait my 24/48 hours for my Managers! Won’t hold my breath
