@DailyMail Rather remarkably, Cheshire police have yet to grasp that the "noise" – their term for the mounting revelations of their failures in the Lucy Letby case – have no prospect of subsiding, only intensifying.

Because there were 18 in the 13 month indictment period. And Noah Robinson died from medical negligence the year before. Then there are all the stillbirths. Those should be investigated too.

Just gets worse. Who told her to say that? How can she say, with a straight face, that there has been ‘an independent assessment by the CPS’ Did she mean Cheshire CPS who unlawfully told the Police not to use the statistician Professor Jane Hutton whose scientific knowledge would have exposed their rigged chart? Certainly wasn’t the London based independent CPS who recently refused to agree to further charges against Lucy Letby because they didn’t meet their evidentiary thresholds. The Minister should instruct THAT INDEPENDENT CPS to investigate Chester CPS’ decisions before Lucy’s trial. Then there’s the embarrassing faux pas about losing the appeals when she’s never had one !!!! Oh dear.

He went to the same school as Ravi Jayaram. It's all very cosy.

@BenGunnEx And that suspicious deaths are confirmed by autopsy, not by a long retired ‘expert witness’ with little to no credentials in neonatology, reading case notes and gainsaying the pathologists who carried out the autopsies.

Hang on... The Letby case was one of the most serious murder trials in UK history. A crime with no parallel. Yet it didn't occur to anyone that the Prosecutions main medical witness being a long retired doctor who didn't deal with neonates looked a bit desperate???
