When abuse is alleged, there is always a devastated victim. If true, the person abused; if not, the accused and their family. #falselyaccusedday 9 Sept #FAD

🧡I am delighted to announce that Christopher Logan, founder of The Yellow Butterfly Group, will speak in London on IFAD. A passionate campaigner supporting Lucy Letby, he believes her convictions are unsafe & leads a campaign to refer her case back to the Court of Appeal. A powerful voice on her behalf💙 @m0wpg @Elsie2127 @Justice4Lucy @RexvsLucyLetby @FACTukorg @WAlladin1 @Viviane510988

youtube.com/shorts/qmLxzLk… The HMCPSI report on the structure and performance of the CCRC deserves a closer look. While its headline conclusion is that the CCRC is not a failing organisation, the real significance lies in the issues it uncovers and the reforms it recommends.

If review mechanisms exist to identify and correct wrongful convictions, they should be willing to consider cases on their merits, regardless of their age. Confidence in the justice system is strengthened when people can see that credible concerns receive careful and respectful consideration, whether they relate to recent cases or those from many decades ago. @Shuggie556 @seanbwparker @franticworry @AccusedScots @Surviving51D @IFAD9S @RebelG41 @lizyeld @RoseCaporale @purposeday @OldLodskins @ccrcupdate

Unless you've supported someone through a prison sentence, it's difficult to appreciate just how much family contact matters. Every visit offers reassurance, hope and a reminder that someone still cares. The new rules allowing prisons to restrict visits may be aimed at prisoners, but they will also affect mothers, fathers, partners, grandparents and siblings who have committed no offence. Is it fair that innocent families should experience the consequences of someone else's behaviour? Read my latest article here: emmawells786.substack.com/p/prison-visit…

Justice for Innocent Men Scotland
youtu.be/piow_QZRvD0?is… 📷 Monday Madness – A Different Kind of Post 📷 Today we're taking a short pause from our usual Monday Madness posts because there's something incredibly important we want to share. We ask every one of our followers to take a few moments to watch this heartbreaking interview with Rena, hosted by Sean BW Parker at Empowering the Innocent. Some of you may recognise Rena from her powerful speech at our most recent protest. Her courage, dignity and determination to keep telling her family's story, despite the unimaginable heartbreak she has endured, is nothing short of inspiring. It takes extraordinary strength to relive such painful experiences, yet Rena continues to do so in the hope that by speaking out, she can help other families who are facing similar injustices. That is an act of remarkable bravery. Please take the time to watch her interview. If her story moves you, we'd be grateful if you could like, comment and share the video. Every interaction helps ensure her voice reaches more people and raises awareness of the devastating impact these cases have, not only on those accused, but on the families who stand beside them. Thank you, Rena, for your unwavering courage and for refusing to let your family's story be forgotten. You are an inspiration to so many of us, and we stand with you. 📷 Please watch and share: facebook.com/share/14mKdcnF… #JusticeForInnocentMenScotland #EmpoweringTheInnocent #StandWithFamilies #Awareness #Justice #Courage

The damning HMCPSI report confirms what many of us have argued for years: the CCRC is a broken system that stubbornly protects flawed convictions rather than uncovering the truth. The shocking treatment of Andrew Malkinson cannot be repeated. Urgent reform is non-negotiable. independent.co.uk/news/uk/crime/…

Lewis Legal Miscarriage of Justice Investigations
This is the case that turned me from the stereo typical P.I. in in 2010 to become a miscarriages of justice Investigator by 2015. I have proven beyond ANY doubt, the murder weapon stated at trial that was used by Robin Garbutt to murder Diana Garbutt was not present in the location where it was found by police until two days after Diana's murder, by which time Robin had been relocated over 50 miles away. The DNA of the officer who found the weapon was not only on the weapon but on a pillow from the crime scene. Yet he claims never to have entered the scene nor was he on duty on the day of the murder of Diana. The pathologist gave a very specific time of death between 0200 and 0400 which has since been deemed grossly inaccurate. A witness (a regular early morning customer) heard Diana shout down from the post office bedroom down to Robin 2 hours after it was alleged she had been murdered. The motive for her murder was that Robin had stollen funds from the post office, (£16,000) and she had found out, yet he was never charged with theft. Date time stamped photographic/video evidence I obtained from ITV news and a freelance photographer proves he never hid the murder weapon on the wall where the prosecution and trial judge claimed he had. A neighbours blood was found at the scene yet ignored. When Robin found the body of his wife between 6 and 4 hours after it is alleged she died, he rolled her onto her back where her head was elevated on pillows and continued to bleed out oxygenated blood that soaked through pillows, bedding and the mattress. I have proven, Robin could not have placed the murder weapon on the 9ft High wall where it was found. One witness I proved gave a false account. Lets not even start with the Post Office Horizon scandal where Robin continously reported the Post Office system kept getting the end of day figures wrong. Robin is now on his 4th appeal to the CCRC, every single piece of evidence against Robin has been disproven.
