1/ Lawyers in Web3 are a mixed bunch and one of the most confusing things for founders is when different lawyers provide different types of advice. Here's a handy breakdown (each starting with the letter 'P' because I enjoy alliteration) of the types of lawyers in Web3.

I don’t intend to pick on Ethereum in particular but raising $18m in an ICO with 0 product as first time founders reflects poorly on the participating investors, and doesn’t suggest much about the founders cmon Building a new ecosystem is difficult. Treasuries are meant to last years. Capital is necessary but insufficient - takes a lot more than money and I think @rushimanche and @coopsmoves have done a tremendous job so far to create relevance for what @movementlabsxyz is building. We are investors - time will tell whether they succeed or not, but don’t think it’s fair to put down builders who are trying to be positive contributors to our industry.
