@Hunter_Noll Good write up. Love watching arms develop while being a big college baseball fan I have seen ALL of them play a considerable amount. Phillips will be better in the pen, Witherspoon needs some refining but Eyanson, my god I didn’t see this growth coming so soon.

The Red Sox are optioning LHP Tyler Samaniego to Triple-A, league sources tell @7News. LHP Danny Coulombe is set to be reinstated from the IL, per sources. Samaniego has a 1.04 ERA in 17.1 innings for the Red Sox.

I'm starting to wonder whether Franklin Arias is a better prospect now than Marcelo Mayer was at the same stage of his development roughly two years ago. Mayer had more helium/hype up to that point, but Arias might be a more well-rounded prospect now than Mayer was in Double-A

Another Franklin Arias home run has landed in Portland.

@aria_gerson I liked the team to start the year but I knew we didn’t have any starters like in the years past. There was no Cunningham, Devin or Holton anywhere . Reload the staff and the bats should be there next year.

Then Vandy lost their midweek shortly after getting back when Brodie Johnston and Rustan Rigdon weren't available. Just a complete disaster in every way

@aria_gerson Yeah, getting swept in Vegas was probably the worst thing that happened all season. Those teams weren't as good as we had expected (and the Austin Nye injury makes the Vegas experience feel even worse).
