@Adamjamesdance Please can you try asking @GWRHelp about this? They’ve chosen to ignore me and I’m tired of having to ask them questions along these lines. Yeovil Pen Mill station was unstaffed all day Wednesday last week and will be this Wednesday afternoon.

@GWRHelp Cece, The next station is Reading! When I pay for 1st Class Service, I expect 1st Class Service, not a 1st Class bloody farce that prevents me from getting it, and. a weak apology. I expect compensation or this will escalate.

@GWRHelp Awful service on 10.42 Taunton/London today. Train supposed to be 10 cars, 2 mins before arrival, announced as 5 cars, no seat res. 1st C Ch E, then on arrival 10 cars, original format. No time to run back to Ch K, Got on Ch D, got last seat, can't get to Ch K #VERYANGRY

@GWRHelp Hi. On train to Swansea from Paddington. Completely overcrowded. People standing in aisles. Guard issues apology saying due to events in London. So why don’t you run extra trains ? You know the London Marathon and an FA Cup semi final are taking place. Very poor.
