Elon Musk confirmed via Telemetry Data that the woman driving the Cybertruck in this video disengaged the system four seconds before the crash. She was manually driving throughout this entire video. Don't believe everything you see/hear from Legacy Media about Tesla.

Honestly, it depends. If it really was user error (which happens a lot with unfamiliar locks), the host isn’t fully responsible. But at the same time, if a guest can’t access the property at all, the host should at least help immediately or give clear instructions. Leaving someone to figure it out overnight and pay for a hotel isn’t great hospitality. A partial refund would be the reasonable middle ground.

This woman rented an Airbnb in France, after she arrived from the airport, she goes upstairs to open the French door with the key the owner provided. For the life of her, every time she turns it and tried to open the the door, it wouldn’t open. She assumes it’s broken, calls the landlord who then questions her if she’s American. He says he will get to it in the morning, in the meantime she has to check into a hotel. She wants a refund for the night she couldn’t stay there but he’s refusing and claiming it’s user error. Should he have to pay her back for the hotel she had to rent?

Tesla fans using the “4-second disengagement” as a gotcha are missing the forest for the trees. Yes, the driver was technically in control of the vehicle at the moment of impact. But she was in control because FSD was already failing by driving too fast ahead of this sharp turn — it was heading straight into a concrete barrier at highway speed with no sign of correcting. Everyone who has frequently used FSD or Autopilot and paints this 4-second disengagement as a “gotcha” moment is being disengenous, and that includes Elon Musk. I have tens of thousands of miles on FSD, and I’ve experienced the system coming too fast into a turn at least half a dozen times. We’ve said this before and we’ll keep saying it: the problem with FSD isn’t what happens when the driver is paying attention and the system works. The problem is what happens when the system gives you every reason to trust it, and then suddenly doesn’t work. The driver has to recognize the failure, assess the situation, decide on a correction, and physically execute it, all in less time than the system needs to create the danger. Musk and Tesla’s propagandists can point to the logs all they want. The video shows what actually matters: FSD approaching a standard highway curve at full speed with zero indication it was going to navigate it. That’s the failure. Everything that happened after, including the panicked disengagement, is a consequence of that failure. The framing that this was “manual driving, not FSD” is technically true for the final 4 seconds and deeply dishonest about the full sequence of events. It’s exactly the kind of liability shell game that courts are increasingly rejecting, as that $243 million verdict makes clear. Tesla created the system, sold it as “Full Self-Driving,” and profits from the ambiguity. At some point, it has to own the consequences.

Es momento de hablar de esto que pasó en medio de la Champions League y es imposible de explicar. 🇲🇦 Hace dos meses, Senegal le ganó a Marruecos la final de la Copa de África. En el mismo partido, Senegal se fue al vestuario porque le anularon un gol y le cobraron un penal en su contra luego de un árbitraje súper polémico. Después volvieron, y terminaron ganando dicha final. 🏆 Luego de ese episodio, Marruecos presentó una queja formal y hoy le terminaron dando EL PARTIDO POR GANADO 3-0 y es el campeón de la Copa de África por escritorio. ⚽ Es el robo más escandoloso que alguna vez hubo en alguna final. El fútbol acaba de dejar de existir. ❌

En 2018-2019 otorgó dos contratos a Murata, una empresa del Cártel de Sinaloa, que después transfirió 100 mdp a Vector Casa de Bolsa, sancionada por EEUU por lavar dinero para los cárteles. Finally sat down to watch the Chinese GP. Call me woke but having cars being able to follow each other and battle for several laps is great for the series. Im sure the battery stuff will be tweaked in the near future and we will see “real” overtaking again.

Quién entienda un poco de dinámicas de coches de carreras o de velocidades, entenderá que van absolutamente de paseo en curvas, motivo por el cual, se pasaban y repasaban cual carrera en karting de alquiler. No hay nada al límite, de ahí que el aire sucio de más igual o sea más irrelevante. Lewis y Charles se lo pasaron bien, porque iban con el brazo en la ventanilla. Se podrían pasar a 50km/h que en la TV seguiría quedando vistoso. Sigue sin gustarme que la dinámica de estos coches sea ir así en curvas para luego activar una seta. Los pilotos salen del coche con el mismo peinado con el que entraron. Dudo que sigan perdiendo peso como antaño.
