By the 1930s many Western intellectuals reluctantly realised that classical Marxism had failed and the proletariat wasn’t revolting. But then a group of exiled German Marxists led by Max Horkheimer, Theodor Adorno, Erich Fromm and Herbert Marcuse decided to change the battlefield. Instead of economics, they targeted the “cultural superstructure”: family, religion, tradition, sexual norms and the very idea of objective truth. Their weapon was Critical Theory - a relentless campaign of negative criticism designed to portray every Western institution as inherently oppressive and capitalism as not just economically flawed, but psychologically and morally corrupt. Marcuse gave the strategy its most powerful tactical manual in his 1965 essay “Repressive Tolerance”: true liberation, he argued, required “liberating tolerance” - tolerance only for progressive ideas and outright intolerance for conservative or “regressive” ones. Free speech, in other words, was only legitimate when it served the revolution. The intellectual poison of the Frankfurt School was extraordinarily influential and as its graduates and intellectual heirs colonised universities, media, NGOs and corporate HR departments, Critical Theory evolved into today’s identity politics, DEI mandates and cancel culture - a cultural Marxism that attacks the individual in the name of group grievance. What began with a small circle of German émigrés in the 1930s now shapes the moral vocabulary of much of the Western elite. The result has been a softer, more pervasive authoritarianism: the dictatorship of the politically correct.

🇪🇺 Economist Richard Werner makes a pointed argument: the EU was modeled on the Soviet Union. The USSR had a parliament that looked democratic but couldn't initiate laws. Those came from the unelected Politburo. The EU has the same structure: the European Parliament mostly approves and amends, while the unelected European Commission holds the monopoly on initiating legislation. He also notes the timing. The Maastricht Treaty and the euro were rushed into existence almost immediately after the Soviet Union collapsed in 1991. Werner isn't fringe. He's the economist who coined quantitative easing and predicted the 2008 financial crisis. Agree or not, the democratic deficit argument is hard to dismiss.

A virus or some other pathogen emerges somewhere in the world. The media shifts into apocalyptic mode. "Experts" appear to be predicting catastrophe. Computer models project millions dead, if the right circumstances coalesce. Politicians declare emergencies. Pharmaceutical companies announce new products. Social media turns into a digital panic attack. And ordinary people, who just wanted to buy eggs and walk the dog, suddenly feel like civilization is one cough away from collapse. Wash. Rinse. Repeat. This is how psychological bioterrorism works. The pathogen itself matters less than the emotional payload attached to it.

Unmittelbar nach der Bundestagswahl 2025 hatten wir die Vielzahl von Berichten über "Wahlfehler" bei der Briefwahl für Auslandsdeutsche zum Anlass genommen, die Anfechtung der Wahl zu prüfen und umfangreich belegt im April 2025 die Anfechtung zu erklären. Ohne abschließende Klärung dieser Frage - die nach über einem Jahr immer noch beim Wahlprüfungsausschuss liegt - steht nicht einmal fest, dass die aktuell handelnde Koalition aus demokratischen Wahlen hervorgegangen ist. Den Präzedenzfall dafür gab es von 2021 bis 2023 bei den durch mich angefochtenen Berliner Wahlen: es regierte eine "Regierung", die keine Legitimation durch das Volk hatte - in einer Demokratie eigentlich undenkbar. Und angesichts der unbeliebtesten Bundesregierung aller Zeiten, die gerade mit der Abrißbirne durch Wirtschaft, sozialen Frieden, Sicherheit und Zukunft des Landes pflügt, wird dieser Umstand einfach vergessen? the real problem in this space is that everybody thinks they need to have strong opinions, while not understanding at all what they look at. this is cutting edge science. algorithmically derived heat maps of vibration echos, highly processed and filtered slices of 3D intensity fields. and every other moron complains that you can’t make conclusions from the few blurry images they show to guide their actual explanations. did you read and understand their previous peer reviewed work? i guess not. so why don’t you all just relax and let them do their work. and when it is finally published, present your criticism with actual substance. this is not some pseudo science like archeology, it is physics, math, electronics, algorithms.

The real debate was never whether something could be hidden beneath the surface... Across history, discoveries keep proving that ancient landscapes hold far more than we once imagined. The problem is that this space damages its own credibility every time extraordinary conclusions are drawn from a single blurry image or an unverified interpretation. People want answers so badly that speculation starts getting presented as certainty. If June 21 reveals something genuine, it could be historic. But this needs hard evidence, not another cycle of hype, vague claims and unanswered questions.
