@_RobbieMoore I am genuinely surprised at all this campaigning against clean air and lower speeds in built up areas.
Drivers breathe too, and they are also pedestrians. Surely everyone benefits from breathing in less carbon monoxide and fewer brake pad particles?

Labour-run Bradford Council’s Clean Air Zone tax has been nothing short of a disaster for hardworking people & businesses in Keighley & across Bradford.
Not even year in & Labour have collected over £6.7m in tax & fines.
They need to scrap their CAZ Tax.

@rorysutherland A lot has been done, but not nearly enough. What creative but non-disruptive activities could we come up with to actually move the world needle on this?
English

@rorysutherland A lot of this comes back to the issue of climate change, which many believe, reasonably, to be an existential threat. I feel a lot more sympathy for disruptive protests on that issue, because non-disruptive protests just don’t seem to have the same impact.

@kevupnorth @KIGreenParty I feel very sad and frustrated with this result, as we now have a Conservative councillor who most voters didn’t vote for. People shouldn’t have to think about tactical voting in order for a fair result to be delivered.
English

Very sad for Ros Brown in Ilkley, a person of great integrity who's worked tirelessly for the whole area, defeated by an unpleasant campaign. A hollow victory for Conservatives there. @KIGreenParty will continue to fight clean, both in terms of politics and river sewage!
