@centurylink My @centurylink modem is failing, and I discovered they won't let you specify what new model you get, even though I'm paying for it. Today they sent me a refurbished 3-year old model. Their escalations page is conveniently down. CL customer care couldn't help. #FAIL

@juanpaudio I often play online games with my better half. On the rare occasions where other people have said something negative, I have GONE OFF on them hard, to the point they’ve quit mid-game. I won’t ever let garbage like this fly. Toxicity in games SUCKS.
