How does Anthropic compete with OpenAI now? Anything close to Mythos is apparently "unsafe" for the public to trusted with. OpenAI will release better models and eventually Anthropic will have to change their minds or lose.

@odd_joel @thsottiaux I've done a bit of that. Issue is that the phone terminal apps all stink and you don't get the computer use of the codex desktop app. Plus it's hard to manage multiple sessions - tmux on phones is miserable.

Unironically, if Starship turns out to be extremely successful and space exploration really ramps up by the late 21st century, then by the 22nd or 23rd century humanity might look back at America as the first true aerospace empire, the one that pushed humans into the space frontier. People in the future could end up admiring the U.S. the same way we look at Rome today, as a civilization that laid the foundation for everything that came after.

Opus 4.7 reminds me of Sonnet 3.7 waaay back in the ancient times. It doesn't know when to chill. You'll have to adjust thinking levels for small tasks or it'll overcook it.

You must remember we are not only iterating on products, but also the production system. A single operator should be able to make 4000 of these a week with 10 micron tolerance for capex under $20k in about 750 sqft of space.
