@c2c_customers @TfL so travelled contactless yesterday. Same journey I always do. But the exit barrier at my home station was not working and just open. Tried tapping but nothing. Your system has happily charged me for unknown exit. Over charging me. How do I dispute this?

@TfL well i say that, it says i've been refunded, but no sign.. maybe just takes a while? but it infers its instant payment.

@jaywalker2309 your payment and journey history for the last 12 months. You can apply for a refund by filling in the missing station or submitting a web form. Alternatively, you can call customer services on 0343 222 1234 (8am - 8pm) for further assistance.

@TfL I have an account and disputes only show for tfl tube stations. I use contactless from a c2c station to a tube station then back again. Last time I looked your dispute system only lists tube stations so no use for c2c train exit issues.

If you've been incorrectly charged or missed a touch in/out you can rectify charges on your contactless payment card, by registering your card here: contactless.tfl.gov.uk. Once you have completed registration you will have full access to your payment and journey history for the last 12 months.
