@matthew_shanks1 Question! In your world should Nationalists have any rights or entitlements? Do you accept democracy?
English

@advancesarah Three nations. Northern Ireland is not, and never was, a Nation. It is part of the Irish nation divided at the moment by the British invaders.
English

@AmericaMiltry If that is true, why warn Iran and leave them time to get their retaliation in first?
English

@MrsChipd9563 @NickBuckleyMBE He shouldn’t forget his own family history when complaining about immigrants.
English

@johnsermac @NickBuckleyMBE We all know it. Nothing to do with him though, here and now.
English

@MrsChipd9563 @NickBuckleyMBE You need to study the history of Britain’s involvement in Ireland.
English

@johnsermac @NickBuckleyMBE Ireland was part of the UK back then.
English

@Mwalsh1981 x . The post above contains words that cause offence and are of an anti-inclusion and racist nature. Can they be investigated please.
English

@EricLDaugh He should attack the Iranian bases that are firing off rockets and missiles. Shut them down and there is no war or blockage of the straits. Trump claims that he has shut down the Iran military yet they still pin the Middle East down with their fire power. How is that allowed?
English

@matthew_shanks1 You should recognise the slow death of your connection to the UK.
English

A bunch of nobodies who should recognise the slow death of their party!
Bye-bye, SDLP!

@mooreholmes24 Once bitten twice shy, keeps most people on their toes. But not Unionists, they keep putting their hands into the bulldog’s mouth to be bitten again and again. You lot never learn!
English

If Reform are to win the next UK election, they present the best opportunity for Unionism to tackle the Irish Sea Border. The DUP and TUV are wise to engage with them now and help influence the Reform manifesto. Nothing is guaranteed, and how much the party can be trusted remains to be seen, but a pledge to resolve the issue is better than it being dismissed as a non-issue.
English

@EricLDaugh Trump also said in the past few days that Iran was decimated, no army etc. They’ve all been taken out. Now he says they have missiles that can reach Europe and USA. Which lie do we believe? Taken out or bomb America?
English

🚨 BREAKING: The White House just posted the exact moment President Trump was RIGHT when he said Iran has missiles that can hit Europe — and soon, America
Iran just STUNNED gullible westerners by hurling a rocket at Diego Garcia — putting cities like London and Paris AT RISK
TRUMP, FEBRUARY 24, 2026: "[Iran has] already developed missiles that can threaten Europe and our bases overseas, and they're working to build missiles that will soon reach the United States of America." @RapidResponse47
Imagine that.
Trump was right, they doubted him, they were wrong.
English

@TeamUnion_UK You always fall for the lies of English politicians. A reset depends on the EU agreeing to what Reform are promising. That won’t happen. And reform know that!
English

The border between Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland will “be part of the reset” between the EU and UK in the event of a Reform UK government, one of the party’s MPs has said.

@SageDespatches This is the 2nd court case where the Nothing was proven against Adam’s. (BBC Dublin was the 1st case). It’s seems the evidence against him isn’t quite as convincing as some people wish it to be.
English

Irish Republicans at the start of the week, were claiming that the case against Gerry Adams was a "show trial", and of course there was the usual mantra regarding no justice for Irish Republicans in a British court. By the end of the week they were celebrating and claiming Adams had been "vindicated" (in a British court).
So, at the start of the week they were already dismissing any potential verdict that went against Adams but by the end of the week, apparently, they accepted British justice. It's funny how narratives change so quickly.
They are of course ignoring the fact that the claimants discontinued their claim, so the reality is that there was no verdict from the judge. The claimants didn't change their mind about Adams. The evidence from the various witnesses are now a matter of public record and Adams' defence team didn't disprove the accuracy of what was said about him. The evidence regarding politicians and officials stating there was evidence regarding Adams being a member of the IRA, is freely available on the internet.
There was no vindication of Gerry Adams. Nothing really changed except the fact that over the last fortnight, more people are now aware of his past. That's not a 'win' for Adams but of course, the Sinn Fein spin machine will try to tell us otherwise.

@Davro1872 @Tuatha9124 @johnb72_ Check your passport - UK of Great Britain AND Northern Ireland . If you don’t come from Britain you are not British. If you do come from Ireland (Northern Ireland is physically a part of Ireland) you are Irish.
Your passport does make the distinction.
English

@Tuatha9124 @johnb72_ Northern Ireland, believe it or not mate, is also park of the British Isles, the United Kingdom.
Henceforth making Northern Ireland and every single person living in it, you guessed it.
British 🇬🇧

No matter how many Guinness’ you drink and Irish songs you sing tonight it will never change the fact you and Saint Patrick are both British

Hang all your union jacks round lamp-posts ya fucking mings, Irish Republicanism runs through this city's veins 😎🇮🇪
English

@Evertonian5339 Two court cases (at least!), one in Ireland with the BBC, one in Britain, and neither could prove a case against him.
If the conclusive evidence is there produce it. Otherwise stop moaning.
English

@matthew_shanks1 If the Unionist students thought about the issue as strongly as you suggest they do they would have turned out to vote. Obviously they don’t think it is something to concern them. A low turnout usually means voters are happy with how things are.
English

A farcical referendum with a mere 20% turnout.
The Irish language lobby mobilised their base by embracing the most divisive of messaging and silenced those opposed to the motion through intimidation and bullying.
Total sham!

English

@annie_mcginley They realised that they were never going to win and that they’d by hit with all the costs. No evidence other than hearsay evidence from dead people who can’t be cross examined.
English

The claimants' lawyer, Anne Studd KC, stated that "matters have developed overnight" and the case would be discontinued.
What developments ? Surely the court was going to find in their favour today.
The case is now discharged without any finding.
Bizarre!

@Evertonian5339 Oh the system is corrupt now. Is that only when it doesn’t give the ruling that you want it to give.
It’s always been corrupt. Ask the Birmingham 6, Guildford 4, Maguire Family etc.
English

@johnsermac Don't judge integrity based on a corrupt judicial system.
