@benday @pluralsight Vaguely, yes. :). I’m still struggling with how to deal with sprint development and allowing for hotfixes in a SAAS application (no need to support multiple versions). Necessary branches and dev/test/stage environments are not clear.

@jpcoder @pluralsight Thanks for watching! Scrum doesn't really say which environments you need. My $0.02 as a scrum coach would be that you create the environments that you know you need and that's it. Keep it as simple as possible. Does this help?
