“Hiding” as if Panthers fans haven’t been shouting from the rooftops that these guys had been playing injured this season. That’s on Hockey Canada for selecting and playing them, not the players.

If Brad Marchand and Sam Bennet hid injuries so that they could play in the Olympics but are now shutting it down for the Florida Panthers to get a high draft pick then they owe all Canadians an apology and should never compete for Canada again.

@DrakeMT @p_munschauer Yea but a minor was definitely correct because Kucherov turned. I don't necessarily think the clip you posted is the same thing, but probably should have been a minor. And I see people defending his chop on an empty net breakaway like it's normal which is crazy.

I do think the pit crew both mechanics and over the wall is an untapped gold rush of opportunity…
Give me Trades, Free Agency, Drafts… All Dat… I’m here for it and I think it would do WILD numbers.

Interesting discussion about a pit crew draft between @KevinHarvick, @kaitlynvincie, and @MambaSmith34. I am sure that many teams wouldn't necessarily like the idea of pit crew athletes being drafted or traded but I could see plenty of pit crew athletes that would be for it.

@BradInvestment @Badcolton @AllieJade1 We didn’t use Jet Ice for the logos. We used Rink Specialists. And a quick search leads me to believe they are out of business. I guess selling cheap logos did them in

@jsquit @Badcolton @AllieJade1 You don't have to trim them. Jetice trims them before delivery. Jetice logos are more expensive than the vinyl decals you get from your local print shop. Also a lot better.
I'm telling you NHL teams have budgets and they reuse their center ice logos.

@BradInvestment @Badcolton @AllieJade1 Oh I know. I’ve designed, ordered, trimmed, and installed them myself in the past. I did a full center ice logo for $2k and neutral zone logos for a couple hundred bucks. It was years ago though so I guess the prices would be up. Either way, in the NHL the cost is nothing.

@jsquit @Badcolton @AllieJade1 They are more likely closer to $500 as they are a lot larger than they actually look. They are typically paid for by the sponsor though, so they are new every year.
NHL teams have budgets just like all rinks, they might only use them for 2-3 years but they definitely reuse them

@jsquit @Badcolton @AllieJade1 Center ice logos run you around $2000+. At that price you need to get a few seasons out of them.
The rest are likely removed so they don't clog the drains. Pulling them out of the bottom of those pits full of water and paint is probably less enjoyable than removing them before.
